The delivery terms apply to all purchases of items from www.jeva.com, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

Prices

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT, currently 25%. JEVA accepts no liability for pricing and printing errors and sold items.

We reserve the right to change our prices with immediate effect and without prior notice.
The price applicable to your purchase is that which is listed on the website for the product in question at the time that you place your order

Orders and payment

The following payment cards can be used at www.jeva.com:

In order to make a purchase at the above-mentioned website, you must be 18 years of age and own a valid payment card.

How to place an order:

Select the item by specifying quantity and clicking ‘Add to basket’. If you wish to make changes to your order, you can add and remove items from the shopping basket until you have completed payment. You can also go back and change your order.

To complete the order, and thus the purchase of the selected item, you must proceed to check out and specify your shipment details, email address, first name, last name, delivery address, telephone number.

You can then proceed to payment.

How to complete payment:

When you are ready to purchase your items, you must enter your card number, expiry date and security code. Your data will be sent in encrypted format to Nets.
You will then receive a response notifying you whether your transaction has been approved or declined. If the transaction is approved, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The final purchase agreement is not considered completed until you have received the order confirmation.

The money will not be withdrawn from your account until the items have been dispatched.

The invoice will be dispatched with the item and serves both as a receipt and as a guarantee certificate.

There is no option for prepayment.

Shipment and delivery

We ship to all European countries.

Your parcel will be delivered to the specified delivery address with GLS.

Delivery cost for all countries is 10 EURO.

JEVA accepts no liability for incorrect shipment details entered by the customer. If an extra parcel is dispatched due to such incorrect details, shipment is at the customer’s expense.

Right of cancellation

You have 14 days’ right of cancellation, when you shop at www.jeva.com. This right expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the item.

If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us thereof in a clear statement – preferably by letter or email – no later than 14 days after the date on which you received the item. You may use the standard cancellation form that we send with your order, but this is not obligatory. You will also find the cancellation form here. You may exercise your right of cancellation without stating a reason.

You are in compliance with the deadline for right of cancellation if you send notification that you are exercising right of cancellation within said deadline.
However, any additional costs incurred due to your own selection of a type of delivery different from the least expensive standard delivery method will not be refunded. Payments are refunded without undue delay and, at all events, no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to cancel. However, we are entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned items or you have presented documentation proving you have returned the items, whichever is first.

Payment is refunded using the same means of payment used by you for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In all events, you will not be charged fees of any kind due to the refund.
An item may be returned even if it has been used. However, you are liable for any decrease in the value of the item due to handling in any way other than that required to establish the type and characteristics of the item as well as the way in which it works. If you have handled the item in any way other than for the purpose of testing or trying out the item in a customary manner, thus impairing the value of the item, we will deduct an amount equal to the decrease in value.

Items must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have given notification of your decision to exercise your right of cancellation. Items must be returned to:

A copy of the order confirmation or some other form of documentation of purchase must be included in the return parcel. The return is easier and quicker to process if you complete and attach the return form you received with the item.

If you return an item, you bear the risk for said item until we receive it. Therefore, if the item gets lost or damaged during return shipment, you yourself are liable for the item.

Right to claim compensation for defective products

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, pursuant to which you have a two-year guarantee on faults or defects in the item that were present on delivery. The guarantee period begins on the date on which you received the item. If you wish to claim for a defect within this period, you must submit your claim for compensation within a reasonable time frame from the date on which you discover the defect. If the claim for compensation is submitted within two (2) months from this date, it is considered on time.

If the claim is justified and is submitted in due time, you are entitled to repair or exchange of the item, your money back or a discount, depending on the nature of the item’s specific defect and any other circumstances.

You must pay the expenses associated with return of the item. However, if the claim for compensation is justified, these expenses will be refunded.

Use of personal data

Personal data are not given to a third party without your express consent, and we never collect personal data without your consent to provide us with such data in connection with registration, purchase or participation in a survey, etc. In such cases, we may collect information such as name, address, postcode, email address, gender, age, interests, opinions and awareness of a variety of topics.

Personal data are used to provide the service for which the data are collected, such as a purchase. Data are also used to gain more knowledge about you and other users of the website. Such use may include surveys and analyses aimed at improving our products, services and technologies as well as display of content and advertisements to match your interests.

Protection of personal data

The personal data protection regulation regulates processing and collection of personal data, including personal data collected on the internet.

According to the personal data protection regulation, personal data may only be processed with your consent. Once you have given your consent to processing of your personal data, you are entitled at any time to withdraw such consent. If you withdraw your consent, your personal data will be deleted.

If your personal data is processed, pursuant to the personal data protection regulation you are entitled to obtain information about the data processed about you. If the data is incorrect or misleading, you are entitled to demand correction or deletion of the data.

We store your personal data securely and confidentially. We save your personal data on computers with limited access, located in controlled facilities, and our security measures are inspected on an ongoing basis to determine whether our user data are handled responsibly. However, provision of your personal data is solely your responsibility.

Personal data are deleted or anonymised regularly when they no longer serve the purpose for which they were collected.

You are entitled to complain about the processing of details and data about you. Complaints must be submitted to the Danish Data Inspectorate.

If we have registered incorrect data, or if you have other objections, you may use the same contact details. You are entitled to inspect the information registered about you, and you may raise an objection to registration according to the rules in the personal data protection regulation.
