In the front of the school bag itself and also on the gym bag, there is a beautiful rainbow. Trimmings and straps are in a nice light pink. Suitable for children in 1st to 3rd grade.

The INTERMEDIATE model is like the BEGINNERS, also a perfect beginner's bag, covering the early grades, and with the INTERMEDIATE, you get an extra 5 liters in the bag and an additional 3 liters in the accompanying gym bag/mini backpack.

The school bag contains a large insulated compartment for the long school day, and the pencil case compartment is now also insulated so it can be used as an extra cooler compartment.

In the main compartment of the INTERMEDIATE, you will find a padded tablet pocket, raised from the bottom so the tablet doesn't hit the bottom when placed in the bag – this compartment can also be used as a regular divider. Write the child's name, address, and phone number in the lid of the bag.

Ergonomics and Comfort

The INTERMEDIATE school bag is correctly constructed with low weight and JEVAs unique, ergonomic back support FOAM-BACK – having the right number of cushions, supporting precisely where they should on the child's back. The shape of the cushions eliminates "air holes" – meaning the child's and bag's backs follow each other. FOAM-BACK is both soft and stable, molding to the child's back – ensuring perfect ergonomics.

The padding and design of the shoulder straps, along with the adjustable chest strap, ensure proper weight distribution.

The smart, elastic EASY-BELT waist belt supports and keeps the bag in place, providing optimal carrying comfort.

The interior of the school bag is practical, logical, functional, and user-friendly – and the child can operate the bag themselves. The book compartment, closed with a zipper, is not deep, automatically keeping the books close to the child's back, preventing the bag from being packed incorrectly.

The included 11-liter gym bag sits in front of the school bag, detachable and adjustable, usable as a separate backpack. When the gym bag is in use, it hangs easily and nicely in front of the bag, still allowing full access to all compartments, creating a highly functional bag. Leave the gym bag at home when the child does not need it.

A pocket for storing the matching pencil case is located in the front of the bag.

The smart, detachable keychain is placed at the top of the main compartment.

Safety

On the straps, there is a broad elastic piece that can be used to ensure the straps stay at the chosen setting when the bag is placed on the floor. It can also be used to gather any excess strap.

Reflectors distributed all over the bag, making the child visible from all sides.
